What browsers and devices are supported?

DealerPoint is currently optimized for desktop screens. We recommend using Chrome or Safari for the most stable experience.

How long does data take to upload?

The time it takes to import and process your data can vary. It typically ranges from 5 minutes to an hour or more, depending on factors such as the amount of data being imported and server load.

  • For CSVs: Each job is queued, so importing multiple CSVs are being imported across our system simultaneously it may take longer. Once the import process begins, the duration depends on the size of your CSV. See our CSV upload guide for more details.
  • For API DMS connection: Initial imports take longer than subsequent ones, as data is added incrementally. Imports occur automatically overnight to ensure fresh data daily. See our DMS connection guide here for more details.

Can I have more than one Dealer location?

Yes, each user can be assigned multiple dealer locations.

My DMS connection failed
